Craig Steven Lohnes Craig Steven Lohnes, 43, and Janiel Greenland Lohnes, 41, died as a result of injuries received in an accident on August 27, 1988 in Tooele. Joint funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Tooele South Stake Center. Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment for both Mr. and Mrs. Lohnes will be held at the Tooele City Cemetery. Mr. Lohnes was born April 12, 1945 in Tooele, Utah to Eugene and Dorothy Morgan Lohnes. He married Janiel Greenland on June 1, 1967 in Elko, Nevada. Mr. Lohnes was a member of the Catholic Church. He was manager of Ajax Cement Company. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge and enjoyed golf, hunting and sports. He is survived by son, Travis, and daughter, Traci, both of Tooele; parents, Tooele; sisters Terri J. Cook, Grantsville; Susan Bergener, Tooele. Rosary will be recited for Mr. Lohnes at Tate Mortuary on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Interment will be held in the Tooele City Cemetery. Mrs. Lohnes was born August 18, 1947 in Tooele to William John II and Raida Callister Greenland. She married Mr. Lohnes on June 1, 1967 in Elko, Nevada. Mrs. Lohnes was a member of the LDS Church. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge, and enjoyed golf, tennis and other sports. She is survived by son, Travis, and daughter, Traci, both of Tooele; mother, Tooele; sisters, Mrs. Ron ( LaRae) Nielson, American Fork; Mrs. Paul (Kay) Hervat, Tooele; brothers, William John III, Salt Lake City; Dee Wayne and Allan, both of Tooele; step-grandmother, Cressie Greenland, Lehi. She was preceded in death by her father.
