Julie Gae Dunn Dies Xmas Day; Funeral this Sat. 1945 � 1956 Death cast a shadow on the Christmas gayety in the Glenwood neighborhood when Julie Gae Dunn passed away at 6:30 a.m. Christmas morning {12/25/56}, after a short illness. She was the 11 year old daughter of Raymond and Phyllis Braithwaite Dunn, and was born May 18, 1945 at Tooele. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church and was a student at the Sterling Harris School in the 6th grade. She was a talented singer and dancer. Surviving are her parents, two sisters and a brother, Sandra Faye, Tooele; Connie Merrill, Salt Lake City; and Raymond Reed Dunn of Chatluroux, France; a grandmother, Charlotte Dunn, Richfield. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 1:30 in the North Tooele Stake Tabernacle under direction of the Fifth Ward bishopric. Friends may call at the Tate Mortuary Friday evening and Saturday prior to funeral time. Funeral Held Saturday For Julie Gae Dunn The North Tooele Stake Tabernacle was filled to overflowing by sorrowing friends and relatives Saturday afternoon for the funeral services for little Julie Gae Dunn who died Christmas day, following a week�s illness. The chapel was banked with beautiful flowers. Thomas Burgess of the Fifth Ward bishopric conducted the services. Pall bearers were Rodney Poulsen, Richard Abbott, Gary Marx, Curtis Park, Jay Fox and Gary McFarland. Julie�s teacher, Mr. Ned Allred, gave the prayer at the Mortuary and her classmates under the direction of Katie Wilson sang �Holy Night� as the opening song. Carolyn Sagers was at the piano. J. Woodrow Twede gave the invocation and Richard Hall sang �Autumn Leaves.� Julie had danced to that number only a few weeks ago at a Cancer benefit, the disease that claimed her life. Speakers were Elwin F. Cammack, school principal and Bishop Leo E. Bevan. Edna Gillespie sang �Hold Thou My Hand.� She was accompanied by Elna Williams. Bonnie Jackson sang �I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked,� accompanied by Martin Duffin who also played prelude and postlude music. The benediction was offered by President Orlando T. Barrus. Burial was in the Tooele City cemetery where the grave was dedicated by Julie�s uncle, Bud Dunn.
