Carolee Gibson Hauser

Memorial services for Carol Lee Hauser, 54, were conducted Feb. 15 at the Central Ward LDS Church, with Bishop Glade Smith officiating. She died Feb. 11, 2000. Carol was born Feb. 27, 1945, in Payson, Utah, to Ila Warner and William Gibson. She grew up in Tooele, Utah, and graduated from Tooele High School. After that she attended and graduated from the LDS Business College in Utah. While there she met Robert Hauser. They were married May 8, 1945, in Tooele. Together they traveled the world over while Robert was in the military and Carol in the civil service. They ended up in Sierra Vista in 1979 While Robert was working at Ft. Huachuca. Carol attended Cochise Community College and graduated with a degree in computer science. In 1998, they moved to Central, where they lived until her death. She loved fishing, computers and quilting as well as travel. Surviving are her husband of nearly 35 years, Robert; three children, Kimberly Hauser Roed, Terrance Hauser and Melody Moyer; two sisters, Edith Jarrett and June Bath; one brother, Marion Gibson; and three grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of Caldwell Funeral Home.
